Stech Group designs, builds, and hosts your qualifying landing page at no charge. The page remains hosted with Stech Group and does not include transfer of source code, templates, development files, or proprietary design assets. Maximum page content is 2,000 words. Offer available to new prospective customers only. Existing Stech Group customers are excluded.
The free landing page is designed, developed, and hosted by Stech Group using Stech Group systems and infrastructure. This offer does not include delivery, transfer, export, or handoff of source code, templates, development files, server configurations, or other underlying technical assets. The landing page must remain hosted and managed by Stech Group to remain part of the free offer.
You retain ownership of the original business content you provide, including your company name, trademarks, logos, photographs, written materials, and other proprietary assets. Stech Group retains ownership of the landing page design, layout, source code, templates, development components, systems, functionality, and other materials created or used by Stech Group to build and operate the landing page.
The free landing page is limited to a maximum of 2,000 words of total page content. The offer is intended for one focused business, service, product, campaign, event, or offer. Extensive content, large catalogs, or projects outside normal landing-page scope may require a paid project.
The offer includes one landing page only.
It does not include:
Stech Group determines the appropriate design, layout, technology, and implementation used for the free landing page. The offer includes reasonable modifications needed to complete the initial page. It does not include unlimited revisions, repeated redesigns, or ongoing design work.
Hosting is included while the landing page remains eligible under the Free Landing Page program and remains hosted by Stech Group. Free hosting does not create a guarantee of perpetual or lifetime hosting. Stech Group may modify, discontinue, suspend, or terminate the free hosting program or an individual page at its discretion.
Domain registration, renewals, premium domains, and other domain-related costs are not included unless specifically stated otherwise. If a customer-owned domain or subdomain is connected to the landing page, the customer remains responsible for maintaining ownership and registration of that domain.
Third-party fees are not included in the free offer. Examples include:
One standard contact or lead-generation form is included. Advanced workflows, conditional forms, CRM integrations, databases, payment processing, custom APIs, portals, or complex automation are outside the standard free offer.
Landing pages may not be used for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harmful, infringing, malicious, or otherwise inappropriate activities. Stech Group reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or remove any landing page that violates applicable law, third-party rights, security requirements, hosting policies, or the intended purpose of this offer.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use all content you provide, including logos, text, photos, videos, trademarks, testimonials, and other materials. By supplying content to Stech Group, you grant Stech Group permission to use that content as necessary to design, build, display, host, maintain, and operate your landing page.
You are responsible for the accuracy of business information, pricing, claims, offers, licensing information, disclosures, and other content related to your business.
Stech Group does not guarantee specific traffic, leads, sales, conversions, rankings, advertising performance, revenue, or other business results from the landing page.
The free offer does not include unlimited ongoing updates, redesigns, maintenance requests, content changes, or marketing management. Substantial future changes may require a paid service.
The free landing page is intended for normal small-business and campaign usage. Stech Group may apply reasonable limits when a page generates unusually high bandwidth, storage, server load, automated requests, or other resource usage.
The Free Landing Page offer is available to new prospective customers only and is not available to existing Stech Group customers. The Free Landing Page offer is subject to project eligibility and availability. Stech Group may decline projects that exceed the intended scope, require excessive resources, create legal or technical concerns, or are otherwise unsuitable for the program.
The program is intended for legitimate businesses and organizations, not free outsourced development or resale. Stech Group reserves the right to reject duplicate requests, attempts to obtain multiple free pages for the same project, resale requests, code-extraction attempts, or other efforts to circumvent the offer limits.
Stech Group may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue the Free Landing Page program at any time. Continued availability of the program, hosting, features, revisions, or individual pages is not guaranteed.
The Free Landing Page offer does not include migration or transfer of the Stech Group built page to another hosting provider, developer, or website platform. Your original business content remains yours, but Stech Group is not required to provide proprietary source code, templates, design systems, development files, or technical assets.
By requesting, accepting, or participating in the Free Landing Page offer, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and the limitations of the program.
